All our remedies are complementary, do not conflict with each other and do not require suspensions.

They are herbal and as such need time to be digested and assimilated by the body. You can't expect a synthetic product to work after a few minutes of taking it, like a pill for a headache 🙂 

In fact, consistency and routine are what bring results. 

 

- BREAK + BIO ENERGY

If the bothersome symptoms of menopause (hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings and abdominal swelling) occur during the day, it is recommended to take 1 to a maximum of 3 capsules in the mid-morning around 10.30 am. If they occur during the night, take 1 to a maximum of 3 capsules in the mid-afternoon, around 5.30 pm, away from meals and coffee, on an empty stomach. 
If your symptoms are disabling all day, you should take the capsule(s) both mid-morning and mid-afternoon. 
Remember to start with 1 capsule, wait 1 week/10 days, listen to your body and if necessary increase up to 3, for a maximum of 3+3 capsules per day. 

Some suggestions. Hot flashes: avoid (especially in the evening) all Yang foods, such as meat, cheese, alcohol, gluten which are considered warming and energizing. Prefer Yin foods such as fruit, vegetables and fish which are considered refreshing and calming. Even sudden changes in temperature stimulate hot flashes. Avoid air conditioning, it is better to use a fan or a hand fan and foods and drinks from the fridge. Vaginal dryness: maintain proper intimate hygiene, maximum 2 times a day, with a PH5 organic soap like this
Hydrate and nourish the labia minora and majora with organic calendula oleolite
Choose natural underwear (without lace or synthetic materials) that is breathable and does not tighten.
Wash your underwear with anti-allergic and unscented products, avoid using fabric softeners.
Reduce the use of panty liners and tampons.
Avoid antihistamines and antidepressants, which can cause vaginal dryness. 
Hydrate yourself by drinking at least 4 litres in summer and 2 litres in winter, of natural water or purifying or draining herbal teas. like these. Avoid drastic diets. Prefer foods rich in fiber, unsaturated fats, vitamin C , grains, nuts and green leafy vegetables.
Avoid spicy foods, hot foods, cold cuts, cheeses, coffee, chocolate, sweets and sugars, carbonated and sugary drinks, fried foods and alcohol. Don't smoke. Do pelvic floor exercises and physical movement, every day. Go to the gynecologist at least once a year.

DKE

This vitamin is taken based on your current blood vitamin D level.
Consider that to maintain good bone density and avoid progressive joint degeneration that begins with bone pain and then turns into arthritis, arthrosis and osteoporosis, we should have it at least 50. This value also prevents the cardiovascular risk to which men over 50 are predisposed.
So if your value is low I recommend 2 capsules after lunch and 2 after dinner, at least 1 hour away from coffee which inhibits absorption.
In 2 months you will have another blood test (even a quick test at the pharmacy) and if you are normal, you will move on to maintenance which is 1+1.

 

SPIRULINA ORGANIC

It is always recommended to take it in the morning at breakfast with a seasonal fruit or our Organic Vitamin C made with Rosehip of Sant'Egle.. This is important. to deliver the iron contained in spirulina into your body.

 

VITAMIN C ORGANIC 

It is important to never be deficient in Vitamin C. Remember, our body does not produce or store it. For this reason, if you do not eat seasonal fruit and vegetables, at least twice a day every day, it should be taken every day of the year. I recommend taking it at breakfast, at least 1 hour away from coffee. 1 capsule supports the body's natural defenses, 2 capsules stimulate the production of collagen, avoids wrinkles, fragile veins and capillaries and water retention. It is a powerful antioxidant essential for our body. It helps protect our cells from free radicals and oxidation, processes that can weaken the immune system and favor the onset of many diseases.

As a prevention and aid in the presence of the first disorders, take 1 capsule at 10.30 am and one at 5.30 pm on an empty stomach and at least 1 hour away from coffee.

ORGANIC ST. JOHN'S WORT

If you have chosen herbal tea, just a teaspoon of sugar per cup of boiling water. If you don't like the taste, you can sweeten it with our Stevia RebA or Organic honey. If your goal is to sleep well, drink it at least 30 minutes before going to bed or during the day as needed.

If you have chosen capsules, take 1 to a maximum of 3 per day.
