Shipping cost is €5.9
We offer FREE shipping in Italy, Sicily, and Sardinia for orders over €99.
In Europe, we offer free shipping for orders over €190.
For England, we offer free shipping for orders over €220.
For Switzerland, we offer free shipping for orders over €500.
You will find the shipping cost deducted from your receipt because it is exempt from VAT according to article 15 DPR 633/72.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, by 11 AM.
We ship with GLS (unless otherwise specified by you) with delivery in 24/48 hours in cities and 48/72 hours in provinces and islands.
You will receive a WhatsApp message and an email from GLS on the evening your package departs, with the delivery date and time slot.
If you cannot be home on the delivery day, follow the instructions you receive via email to change the delivery day or change the delivery location, even to one of the GLS Parcel Shops near you.If GLS does not find you at home, the package will be held in STORAGE until you tell GLS where and when to deliver it.
After 7 days, the package will be returned to the sender, and you will be charged for return shipping and storage fees.
If you don't receive the email from GLS, check your SPAM folder and tell your SPAM filter that GLS is not SPAM ;-)
For smaller islands and Venezia Lido, the cost varies based on the chosen shipping type. Smaller islands include:
Anacapri, Barano D'ischia, Campo Nell'elba, Capoliveri, Capraia Isola, Capri, Carloforte (CA) , Carloforte (CI), Casamicciola Terme, Favignana, Forio , Ischia, Isola Caprera, Isola Del Giglio, Isole Tremiti, La Maddalena, Lacco Ameno, Lampedusa E Linosa, Leni, Lipari, Malfa, Marciana, Pantelleria, Ponza, Porto Azzurro, Portoferraio, Procida, Rio Marina, Rio Nell'elba, Santa Marina Salina, Serrara Fontana, Venezia Lido, Ventotene
Alternatively, you can send your own more economical courier for pickup.
Delivery times:
cities 1-2 days, provinces 2-3 days, islands 4-6 days, smaller islands and remote areas, Europe 5-7 days.
BEFORE CALLING US TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS, PLEASE CHECK THE TRACKING SENT BY THE COURIER TO YOUR EMAIL.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
We strive to ensure that goods arrive intact, despite possible mishandling by couriers. 90% of our products are unbreakable. To avoid increasing shipping costs for everyone, we allow you to choose whether to insure your package.
If you have NOT chosen insured shipping, please note that the package travels at the recipient's risk. In the event that the package arrives damaged, you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you wish to insure your shipment, the cost is +€3.
Choose the INSURED shipping option for your package, or if you have already placed an order, please contact us quickly to add the INSURED PACKAGE service.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you can return it only if it has not been opened and/or used and is in its original packaging, no later than 14 working days with the tax receipt received and the name/surname of the person who placed the order to this address:

You can request a refund or an exchange of goods, minus the delivery cost.
If you paid by card or PayPal, the refund will be automatically processed using the same method. If you paid by bank transfer, please include your IBAN and your name/surname in the package for the bank transfer, which will be deducted by €2 (bank transfer fees).
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS are at your expense, or if you paid with PayPal, they offer a SHIPPING REFUND service.

IN CASE OF MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE we can use the GLS EXCHANGE service where the courier brings you the new merchandise ordered and picks up what you don't want. The cost is €12 in Italy, Sicily, and Sardinia. For other destinations, we can provide a custom quote.
