SHIPPING
The cost of shipping is €5.50 and we FREE it for orders over €69 in Italy and €250 in Europe.
You will find the shipping cost deducted on your receipt because it is VAT exempt according to the art. 15 Presidential Decree 633/72
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, by 11 am.
Couriers don't work on weekends.
For the smaller islands and Venice Lido the cost varies based on the type of shipping chosen. By smaller islands we mean:
Anacapri, Barano D'ischia, Campo Nell'elba, Capoliveri, Capraia Island, Capri, Carloforte (CA), Carloforte (CI), Casamicciola Terme, Favignana, Forio, Ischia, Caprera Island, Giglio Island, Tremiti Islands, La Maddalena , Lacco Ameno, Lampedusa E Linosa, Leni, Lipari, Malfa, Marciana, Pantelleria, Ponza, Porto Azzurro, Portoferraio, Procida, Rio Marina, Rio Nell'elba, Santa Marina Salina, Serrara Fontana, Venice Lido, Ventotene
Alternatively you can send your cheaper courier to collect it.
Delivery time:
city 1-2 days, province 2-3 days, islands 3-5 days, smaller islands 2-6 days, Europe 5-7 days.
BEFORE CALLING US TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS, PLEASE CHECK THE TRACK SENT BY THE COURIER TO YOUR EMAIL.
BROKEN PACKAGES
We work to ensure that the goods arrive intact, despite possible mistreatment by the couriers. 90% of our products are unbreakable. In order not to increase shipping costs at all, we leave you free to choose whether to insure your package.
If you have NOT chosen insured shipping, I remind you that the package travels at the recipient's risk. In the event that the package arrives broken, you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you want to insure your shipment, the cost is +€3. Choose the INSURED shipping of your package or if you have already placed the order, please contact us quickly to add the INSURED PARCEL service.
MADE
If the goods are not to your liking, you can return it only if it has not been opened and/or used in its original packaging , no later than 14 working days with the receipt received and the name/surname of the person who placed the order at this address:
