Erika Mugnai

I'm Erika, born in 1971 in Florence.

Thanks to my grandparents, who had a Permaculture company in the Chianti hills, since I was a child I have been a student and passionate about medicinal plants, natural remedies and animals.

Passing down medieval alchemy and a healthy and BIO lifestyle, left by my ancestors. I base my daily life, studies of naturopathy and various holistic disciplines.

I am a spiritual counselor, passionate about Metamedicine, phytotherapy, natural cosmetics and nutraceuticals.

Upon invitation, I am available for conscious listening, constellations and regressions.

I love taking care of and seeing the individual in his totality, involving mind, body and spirit, stimulating in him, a conscious personal growth.

I have always taken care of my body by relying on Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Osteopathy, Shiatsu, Phytotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Pranotherapy, Bach Flowers, Reflexology, Kinesiology and Meditation.
