I'm Erika, born in 1971 in Florence.
Thanks to my grandparents, who ran a permaculture farm in the Chianti Hills, I developed a deep connection with nature from a young age, which led me to become a student and enthusiast of medicinal plants, natural remedies, and animals.
Weaving together medieval alchemy and the healthy, organic lifestyle left to me by my ancestors, I ground my daily life in the study of various holistic disciplines and the teachings of history's greatest sages.
During my holistic training, a journey that led me to become a Counselor and Naturopath, I delved deeper into what I love most: Metamedicine, Phytotherapy, Natural Cosmetics, and Nutraceuticals, as well as Mediation, Regression, and Clearing and Family Constellations.
Today, I support people (and the teams I work with) in rediscovering their balance and potential through leadership based on Coaching and Mentoring, focusing on listening to each person's uniqueness and enhancing their purpose and potential in this life. 🌿
By appointment, I offer my support through mindful listening. I love taking care of, listening to, and seeing the individual as a whole, engaging mind, body, and spirit, and encouraging conscious personal growth.
I have always taken care of my body and mind by turning to Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Osteopathy, Shiatsu, Phytotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Pranotherapy, Bach Flowers, Reflexology, Kinesiology, and Meditation, while creating 'One-of-a-Kind Pieces' with my own hands—objects, jewelry, and home accessories using various techniques and materials.
