Who are we?

We are Erika and Alessandro, a couple who chose a happy degrowth by abandoning all the comforts of the city, moving to Maremma Toscana. Since 2010 we have been involved in organic, regenerative, synergic and biodynamic agriculture; all aimed at producing raw materials for our organic products with the mission of improving and not consuming our planet.
Sant'Egle establishes the fundamental principles that guide the company:
Environmental Sustainability : Commitment to reducing environmental impact through organic farming practices, zero emissions, production and use of renewable energy, water and heating, zero waste and recycling. Every sale supports the local community and contributes to reforestation through the purchase and protection of forests threatened by felling.
Biodiversity : Planting of ancient seeds and creation of aquatic spaces, to conserve ecological balance and biodiversity.
Active Involvement : Inviting customers to actively participate in these initiatives through education, awareness, and sensitization to sustainability and healthy eating.
Transparency and Honesty : Clear communications and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Social Responsibility : Financial support of the disadvantaged local community and promotion of social and economic well-being.
Quality and Safety : Production of safe, Ministry of Health-authorized and high-quality foods.
