Rosa canina L is an edible red berry, its content is rich in VitC, bioavailable and easily assimilated.
It is in powder form 88% in rose hips 360 mg

Organic Acerola

Malpighia glabra L is an edible red berry, its content is rich in VitC, bioavailable and easily assimilated.
It is in powdered fruit 630 mg* (titrated at 17% in vitamin C, 107.1 mg* - 133.8% NRV**)

Organic Bamboo Silicon

Bambusa arundinacea is in young shoots, a dry extract 149 mg, titrated at 75%. It is a remineralizer, excellent for dull and dehydrated skin. It gives tone to the skin acting as a skin protector. We added it because our customers complained that the two berries, in summer, agglomerated in the capsule, due to the change in temperature. In addition to the undisputed properties of this plant, it acts as a collector of the humidity of the rosehip and acerola berries in summer, keeping the contents of the capsules aesthetically in powder.

When and how much to take it?

  • The recommended dosage

    If used to assimilate the iron of our organic Spirulina or our organic Ganoderma , 1 capsule is enough. If taken for all other purposes, we recommend 2 capsules per day, at breakfast, away from coffee which inhibits its absorption.

  • Titration

    For organic products, titration is an aspect that must be considered secondary, because unlike conventional or synthetic products, they have a better absorption by the body. From the composition you will notice a titration is medium, but the bioavailability is very high . And considering the limited capacity of receptor response of vitamin C by our body, the new guidelines indicate the dosages of integration that are actually absorbable, at relatively low levels.

  • When to suspend
