General conditions of Sale

1. Scope

For all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and professionals, the following general terms and conditions apply.

A consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out. A professional is the natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity.

For professionals: These general conditions prevail over any contradictory or conflicting general conditions possibly prepared by the contracting professional. Such additional or contradictory conditions may only be accepted as part of the contract with our express consent.

2. Contract counterparty, formation of the contract, technical means for correction

The purchase contract is stipulated with Agriturismo Sant'Egle ss.

The active display of products in our online shop is equivalent to our binding invitation to submit a binding offer for these products. The consumer can then place the products in the shopping cart in a non-binding manner and correct his data at any time before sending the binding order by using the correction tools provided and described in the order process. The contract produces its binding effects with the conclusion of the same, which can be considered concluded from the moment in which the offer concerning the goods in the cart is accepted, by pressing the purchase button. Immediately after sending the order, the consumer receives a further confirmation e-mail.

Technical means for correction
With reference to the technical means made available to the Customer to identify and correct any data entry errors before submitting the order, the shop's remote contract conclusion system allows you to follow a guided procedure which at any time allows you to verify and then validate the information entered and correct any errors before sending the order electronically.

3. Language of the contract, storage of the contract text

The language/languages ​​available for the conclusion of the contract is/are the following: Italian, German, English, French, Russian.

We store the contractual text and send the order details together with the general conditions in written form. For security reasons, the contractual content will no longer be available via the Internet.

4. Methods of delivery

The sales prices indicated do not yet include shipping costs.

The cost of shipping is €6. Free for orders over €69 in Italy and €250 throughout Europe.

Delivery is possible through the shipping services or collection of the goods at our bio shop which is open every morning from 8.30 to 12.30. It is always advisable to call +39 3294250285 before coming.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
By choosing the method of payment by bank transfer, we provide to communicate our bank details via separate electronic message. The goods will be shipped only after the full amount has been credited.

Credit card
At the same time as sending the order, you must enter your credit card details.
After the authentication of the actual cardholder has been successful, the payment transaction is carried out automatically immediately after starting the shipping process.

Poste Pay

The cards of the Italian Post Office circuit are accepted only by Pay Pall. For this reason, those who have a Poste Pay card must select Pay Pall, even if they do not have a Pay Pall account to pay for the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the amount via PayPal, you must be registered with the provider or register beforehand, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order in our favour. After completing the order, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Immediately afterwards, the payment transaction is performed by Paypal automatically. Further information can be found within the order process.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal as specified in the information on the right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For professionals, the following additionally applies: We reserve title to the goods until full payment of all claims arising from the current business relationship. The faculty is granted to resell the goods subject to retention of title within the ordinary company activity; Regardless of any joining or mingling of the goods subject to retention of title, all claims arising from the aforementioned sale are deemed to have been assigned in the amount actually invoiced and this assignment is accepted by us. 8. Transport damage

9. Shipping and storage times

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, before 10 am. Couriers do not work on weekends.

We ship by express courier at a cost of €6 throughout Italy (Sicily and Sardinia included) and FREE for orders over €69 in Italy and €250 in Europe.

For the smaller islands and Venice Lido the cost is €22. Alternatively you can send your cheapest courier to collect it.

Delivery time:

city ​​1-2 days, province 2-3 days, islands 3-5 days, smaller islands 3-5 days, Europe 5-7 days.

During the evening, on the day of shipment, you will receive the courier's track of the package via email/sms/whatsapp, with all the information on the day and time slot expected for delivery.

On the courier's website you will be able to track where the package is.

If the courier doesn't find you at home, he will try to deliver again the next day.
The cost of shipping includes a maximum of 1 day of storage.
If you do not collect the package on time, brt will charge you for the storage costs.

If the storage costs are not paid, the package will return to the sender and the costs will be charged to the recipient or deducted from the value of the goods.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantees

The legal guarantee of conformity as required by law applies. To verify the presence of further commercial guarantees and the related applicable conditions, please refer to the product page or sheet or to the appropriate information pages.

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed between the parties in writing, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by law applies.
In the case of used goods, the following applies: the legal guarantee of conformity is excluded in cases where the defect occurred after opening the same or after the expiry date.
For entrepreneurs the limitation period for asserting defects in goods before the expiry date.
In the event that the delivered object is defective, we guarantee at our discretion towards the professionals, the elimination of the defect (restoration of conformity) or the supply of a defect-free object (replacement).

11. Returns

If you do not like the goods, you can return them at your expense.

Once the intact condition of the goods has been verified, only the amount of the goods will be returned to you, without shipping costs.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a conciliation proceeding before a consumer dispute resolution body.
