Since 2010 Sant'Egle has been the first farm to breed spirulina and the first to be certified organic in Italy. We have paved the way for all the companies that currently produce spirulina. In addition to being pioneers, I can say, without presumption, that we are experts.
Having said that, I have made several videos where I explain ALL THE BUFFALOES ON SPIRULINA because honestly it's crap, too much is sold on the shelves of large retailers. Today I would like to clarify all the by-products you can find from Coop at NaturaSi , where the glittery label distracts you from the True true. Be wary of all products that need temperatures above 38° during preparation or administration. Spirulina is a great and nice dye but if you heat it, yes 'burn' and loses ALL of its properties . So, listen well: pasta, bread, bars, cheeses, pasteurized beers, etc they are FUFFA products, not products with spirulina !!
