A medium-aged raw milk pecorino with vegetable rennet with our organic saffron with a delicate taste where the flavor of a good fresh pecorino prevails, rich in all the properties of our organic saffron, winner of the first prize for best saffron in Italy.

The cheese wheels are about 600-700g depending on age.
