It is possible to pay on our ecommerce with a Visa, Master card or Maestro credit card.
For all other cards, including Poste Pay, please choose the PayPal payment system even if you do not have a PayPal account.

CASH ON DELIVERY
It is possible to pay cash on delivery only from the second order.
There must ALWAYS be someone at the delivery address, it is not possible to decide the time and day of delivery. The cost of the cash on delivery is €5.
SHIPPING
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, before 10 am. Couriers do not work on weekends.
We ship by express courier at a cost of €6 throughout Italy (Sicily and Sardinia included) and FREE for orders over €69 in Italy and €250 in Europe.
For the smaller islands and Venice Lido the cost is €22. Alternatively you can send your cheapest courier to collect it.
Delivery time:
city 1-2 days, province 2-3 days, islands 3-5 days, smaller islands 3-5 days, Europe 5-7 days.
During the evening, on the day of shipment, you will receive the courier's tracking info of the package via email/sms/whatsapp, with all the information on the day and time slot expected for delivery.
On the courier's website you will be able to track where the package is.

RETURNS
If you do not like the goods, you can send them back only if they have not been opened and/or used in their original packaging , no later than 10 working days with the receipt received and the name/surname of the person who placed the order to this address:

ieri ho ricevuto i prodotti del mio ordine
sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa della cura con cui sono stati confezionati, dall’imballo ecologico e non eccessivo proprio per non produrre ulteriori sprechi, alla vostra brochure con la tua dedica Erika. Ogni particolare estremamente curato. ne sono rimasta sorpresa, come mi sorprendono le dettagliate informazioni che dai nei tuoi video da cui ho appreso tante curiosità sulla spirulina e la stevia rebaudiana, sullo zafferano ecc.. un pò per volta proverò tutti i vostri prodotti. Io abito in una zona del Piemonte (Canavese) che avrebbe tante potenzialità per far crescere realtà simili alla vostra. Sono stupita visitando il vostro sito di quanto siete riusciti a fare a con la vostra passione e creatività. Ho un terreno in collina e faccio l’orto quindi so cosa significa lavorare la terra, e vi apprezzo tanto. Spero di poter soggiornare un giorno da voi ed immergermi nei colori e nei profumi della vostra terra.
