Infantile disorders is an excellent essence for children: colic, irritability, colds, night agitation, can be relieved by a massage on the neck or chest with lavender essential oil or with a few drops of the essence placed on the pillow or in the water of radiator humidifiers.
Rosemary essential oil has the following properties:
helps mental clarity and concentration: for students, for those who need to focus on a project, the essential oil of rosemary in the essence burner allows you to facilitate the focus of your attention on a specific objective, and to keep it for some time without fatigue.
Useful for the liver and gallbladder: strengthens the liver and can be used in the natural treatment of gallstones, jaundice, hepatitis, biliary colic and infections. Internally it has a very strong action, therefore it is recommended to use it through compresses and massages on the areas of the affected organs;
strengthens the heart and reduces blood sugar, thins the blood, prevents and improves arteriosclerosis.
Antiseptic and antispasmodic: useful against coughs, colds, sinusitis, and stagnation or presence of mucus in the respiratory tract. Also in this case the use in the essence burner is a panacea.
Rosemary essential oil purifies the air and environments, but it is also able, by analogy, to purify the mind from useless thoughts and brooding;
Natural warming: as it improves blood circulation it is useful in case of gout, cold limbs, cold extremities with little blood supply, muscle pain, arthritis and rheumatism.
Hair health ally: increases capillary spraying therefore better nourishment to the bulbs, purifies the hair and rebalances the production of sebum in the case of oily scalp, for this reason it can be used in the production of natural shampoos;
Physical energizer: in case of apathy and asthenia, it increases vitality and at the same time gives mental clarity and objectivity in dealing with every situation, clarifying those emotional states and those thought patterns that are often associated with mild forms of lethargy and depression.

Peppermint essential oil has a stomachic, carminative, cholagogue and antispasmodic action. Antibacterial: the bactericidal properties of mint have proved to be particularly effective in neutralizing various bacterial strains responsible for typhus (Herbert) and tuberculosis (Koch's bacillus); against staphylococcus and proteus vulgaris, cause of enterocolitis and urinary tract infections. Mint essential oil has an antiseptic and antipyretic action which is beneficial in case of colds and flu, fever, stomatitis and canker sores.
Antiparasitic: it is used internally to eliminate intestinal worms, as it favors the expulsion of parasites in a short time.
Antiemetic: the calming properties of this essence help to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting, for this reason it is advisable to always have mint essential oil on hand during travel, to counteract motion sickness.
Refreshing: it is an oral cavity disinfectant, very useful for deodorizing the breath, against halitosis. Thanks to its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antipruritic properties it is useful in the treatment of pimples, ringworm, scabies and dermatosis. For these calming properties it is effectively used as a remedy against insect bites.
Anti-inflammatory: if massaged locally it is useful for all types of headaches, from digestive ones to those coming from pressure changes. Also excellent for relieving neck tension, menstrual pain, sprains, muscle pain and rheumatism as it has an analgesic and anti-rheumatic action.
Thyme essential oil is an antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, antiputreffative, antiparasitic, astringent, anthelmintic, antioxidant, antispasmodic, carminative, antifermentative, anticatarrhal, expectorant, diuretic, balancing, stimulant, hypertensive, liver tonic, rubefacient.
Thyme essence is useful in case of respiratory and urinary tract infections. Due to its antispasmodic and anti-catarrhal action, it is very effective in the treatment of all colds, even in infectious forms: flu, bronchitis, sore throat, cough, cold. Thyme essential oil also promotes digestion and the expulsion of intestinal gas; it exerts an anti-fermentative action on the stomach and an anti-putrefactive action on the intestine. Excellent tonic, thyme essential oil stimulates all the psychophysical functions of the body. Fights fatigue and stimulates blood circulation. By fighting intestinal parasites, thyme is able to stimulate or calm depending on the body's needs. It therefore has a tonic effect for all those who need it, such as convalescents, but it has calming effects when needed, for example by promoting sleep.
Thyme essential oil strengthens memory and brain activity, counteracts anxiety and insomnia. Thyme is also useful in rheumatic forms, for joint pain, gout and sciatica. Its antimicrobial properties make it a valid essence to heal sores, wounds, eczema, inflammation, erythema, dermatitis, canker sores and stomatitis.
Usage precautions
Red thyme essential oil, wild thyme (from wild thyme), thymol and carvacrol type oils contain quite high amounts of toxic phenols (carvacrol and thymol). They can irritate the mucous membranes and skin and cause sensitization. Use sparingly, only at low dilutions. It is preferable to avoid its use during pregnancy. Lemon thyme and the "linalool" type are generally less toxic, non-irritating, and cause fewer sensitizing effects.
Laurel essential oil is stimulating, if inhaled it gently activates energy, strengthens the ability to concentrate and memory; develop creativity; soothes fears and exam anxiety. When you lack self-confidence, you are afraid of public speaking, fear of not being up to or of failing to achieve your goals: it promotes psychic awareness and intuition, "making the impossible possible". Useful in case of exhaustion, tiredness and stress.
Rebalancing of the skin, it restores the sebaceous balance in dermatitis which are often the cause of acne and inflammation. It is an effective remedy to strengthen hair and prevent hair loss. If rubbed regularly and consistently on the scalp, it stimulates microcirculation, promoting oxygenation and nourishment of the tissues, counteracting alopecia.
Digestive, 2 drops of laurel essential oil in a teaspoon of honey taken after meals helps digestion and soothes stomach pains. If diluted in vegetable oil and massaged on the stomach, it has a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal system. Useful in the presence of spasms, irritable bowel and to eliminate gases that cause meteorism and flatulence.

Hyssop essential oil has digestive properties: it stimulates the secretion of gastric juices, promotes digestive processes, eliminates intestinal gas.
The presence of flavonoids gives hyssop a diuretic and antiseptic action for the urinary tract, able to increase diuresis and keep the urinary duct free from bacteria, useful in bacterial infections and inflammations, to help cystitis.
Clary sage essential oil has a relaxing power if inhaled it induces calm and serenity in the presence of stress, nervousness, anguish, fears, paranoia. Excellent support to overcome midlife crises and menopause, for people who no longer dare, the resigned, who feel "too old" and live in a state of depression. It acts on an emotional level, on our creativity, allowing us to express ourselves and "poetic license" worthy of born artists; instills courage to carry out creative projects or take exams.
Balancing the female hormonal system, diluted in almond oil and massaged on the body, the marked effects on the reproductive system have a beneficial effect on somatizations deriving from their imbalance, such as lymphatic stagnation, cellulite, premenstrual syndrome, menopausal hot flashes, menstrual pain, amenorrhea or menstruation abundant, alopecia due to hormonal imbalances.
Expectorant is used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, asthma and cough caused by flu.
Deodorant intervenes both on the excessive secretion of sweat in the hands, armpits, feet, called hyperhidrosis; both as an antibacterial on the microorganisms that produce bad smells, for which it is extremely effective in solving problems related to sweating.
Purifying, taken 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey, it has detoxifying properties on the liver and kidneys, also useful for treating intermittent fevers caused by intestinal infections, poisoning and diarrhea.
Healing on the skin has an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial action and repairs the skin tissue. It is indicated in case of canker sores, dermatitis, sores, insect bites, skin ulcers, acne, fungal infections such as mycosis and candidiasis.
Cypress essential oil is a vasoconstrictor for external use, it is recommended for those with circulation problems, in case of cellulite, for those suffering from water retention, hemorrhoids, varicose veins and capillary fragility, it counteracts the formation of edema and improves hematoma ; and antirheumatic recommended in case of rheumatism and joint pain.
Antidepressant, if inhaled it has a general balancing action on the nervous system, softens changes and helps to overcome depression, which derives from the loss of loved ones and the end of a love story.
Expectorant for internal use, indicated in the presence of cough, in cases of pertussis, tracheitis, bronchitis.
