Our cellar could not miss the sincere Camillo who has been dealing with vineyards and wine for twenty-five years; since 2006 he has undertaken his production of wines, dedicating himself exclusively to native grapes by selecting the best vineyards for exposure, soil and age. He works mainly with old vineyards, aged between 40 and 50 years. He cultivates the vines according to traditional methods, intervening as little as possible with mechanical processes and green pruning, so as not to stress the plant. For health protection he uses only natural products (copper and sulfur. In the cellar he uses almost exclusively concrete containers, in addition to large wood for the refinement of the superior wine. He tries to intervene as little as possible with the oenological operations, accompanying the evolution of the wine without forcing it.
