The grapes and vinification

From Sangioveto grapes (calls in the Morellino area) and a small part of Black and Alicante Malvasia, the "Bracale" is vinified in red with a stay for at least 15 days in contact with the skins.
The "Bracalata" has as a particularity in addition to his selection "in" from the homonymous vineyard, the aging in small 5.5 hl Slavonian oak barrels.

Organoleptic examination

The result of tasting at 18 ° C. he gave:

COLOR Ruby red with rose-tending reflections.
PERFUME Intense, ethereal and elegant, has a complete bouquet where Ribes jam is recognized in the background of appropriate wood tannins.
FLAVOR Dry, sapid, tannic, harmoniously wide and of considerable taste persistence.
EVOLUTION It will be good to age for at least 5/6 years from the harvest.
