Saffron Pecorino cheese with organic honey

A medium-aged pecorino of approximately 700 g with our organic saffron with a strong taste surrounded by the flavor of a good fresh pecorino, with a golden colour, rich in all the antioxidant properties of our saffron which won the first prize for best saffron in Italy.

We paired the raw milk percorino with vegetable rennet with organic raw honey (flavor depending on seasonality) which goes perfectly with the taste of saffron.
